  • Please Bring:

    • Comfortable Clothing: Dress comfortably, as the sound meditation is done lying on the floor.

    • We recommend bringing a mat, blanket, eye pillow, cushion, and a water bottle to ensure your comfort throughout the session.

    • Personal Items: Bring anything else that makes you feel comfortable during the session.
