She was very understanding, her space was cozy and healing, and the sounds were incredibly immersive. I reflected on our session a lot in the ensuing 3 days and was very grateful for the experience!   • While both Sound Healing and Gong Baths use vibrational frequencies to promote relaxation and healing, they differ in how the sound is applied.

    • Sound Healing involves the direct application of sound therapy instruments, such as singing bowls, tuning forks, or chimes, to or around the body. The vibrations physically interact with your energy field and nervous system, helping to release blockages and promote deep relaxation. This approach is more personalized and targeted.

    • Gong Baths, on the other hand, immerse you in a full-body experience of sound waves, where gongs and other instruments create an expansive soundscape. Instead of being directly applied to the body, the vibrations surround you and create a meditative journey, helping to clear energetic stagnation on a larger scale.

    Both experiences are deeply healing, but Sound Healing offers a more intimate and customized approach, while Gong Baths create a powerful, immersive field of resonance.

  • No prior experience is needed. Sound healing is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background. Whether it’s your first session or you’ve experienced it before, each session offers a unique journey based on your current state of being.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to relax fully. Layers are recommended in case you get warm or cool during the session.
