The nervous system shapes how we respond
to the demands of modern life.

This six-week series offers a practical and experiential approach to building resilience through breath, movement, restorative and yin yoga, sound, and deep relaxation. Each session explores simple, effective tools to support regulation, release accumulated stress and tension, and develop greater capacity to meet life's challenges with steadiness and ease

 
 

Thursday 6th August | 7pm – Arriving & Awareness

Slowing down and landing in the body through restorative yin, nervous system education, breath awareness, and subtle sound.


Thursday 13th August | 7pm – Breath & Sound

Simple, functional breathing practices (3-part breath, calming breath techniques, humming/voice) to support regulation and downshifting stress.


Sunday 23rd August | 12:30pm – Moving Energy & Releasing Anxiety

A slightly more dynamic class for anxious, over-heated, or “wired” nervous systems. Gentle movement to discharge built-up stress before settling, things like shaking, grounding movement, dynamic twists, lion’s breath, simple flowing sequences, then softening into rest and sound.


Thursday 27th August | 7pm – Releasing Tension

Myofascial release + yin focused around shoulders, chest, neck, and common holding patterns of stress.


Thursday 3rd September | 7pm – Support & Co-Regulation

A deeply supported restorative practice exploring safety, rest, and regulation through props, grounding, and receiving support.


Thursday 10th September – Integration & Return to Self

Bringing it all together with movement, breath, rest, yoga nidra, and a deeper sound journey, leaving people with tools they can take into daily life.
