Supported by a heartfelt cacao offering, transformational breathwork, immersive live
soundscapes, and a grounding Gong Yin practice, this carefully held journey offers space to

home to yourself.

How Does Sound Healing Work?

Tibetan singing bowls and gongs gently shift your brain into alpha (light meditation, daydreaming) and theta (deep meditation, REM sleep) frequencies. These states unlock:

Subconscious access

Unlock your hidden mind to release deep-seated emotional blocks, rewriting limiting beliefs at their root.

Profound inner peace

A stillness beyond thought—where mental noise dissolves into pure presence, and the body exhales into calm.

Heightened creativity

Your intuition flows unrestrained: ideas ignite like constellations, and solutions arise from unexpected depths.

Know Your Guides

Jenine Kerr

Jenine is the founder of Nine Healing Arts and has been sharing yoga, sound, and healing
practices for nearly a decade. With a deep love for the restorative power of sound, she creates
immersive journeys that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and find a sense of home within
themselves.

Drawing on her experience in yoga, meditation, bodywork, and sound healing, Jenine weaves
together live gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments to create spaces of deep rest,
reflection, and renewal. Her work is inspired by a simple belief: that healing begins when we feel
safe enough to soften, listen, and simply be.

Nadia

Nadia is the founder of Vitality4Life with Nad's and a Transformational Wellness Coach who is
passionate about guiding people back to what matters most. Through breath, movement, and
embodied awareness, she creates supportive spaces for healing, personal growth, and lasting
transformation.

Drawing on her experience in breathwork, yoga, fitness, coaching, and bodywork, Nadia uses
transformational breathwork as a powerful tool to help people quiet the noise of everyday life,
access their inner wisdom, and gain greater clarity and perspective.

Her work weaves together body, mind, and spirit, supporting people to cultivate vitality,
connection, and a deeper sense of presence, both within themselves and in the way they show
up in the world.

FAQ

  • You will be immersed in a live soundscape of gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, soft percussion, and other soothing instruments — all carefully curated to harmonize with the water's energy.

  • Ceremonial cacao is a pure, gentle plant medicine known to open the heart and deepen emotional connection. For those who wish to experience it, cacao will be offered after the sound journey as a grounding and heart-opening closing ritual. If you prefer to skip it or have dietary sensitivities, you are welcome to simply enjoy the main event without participating in the cacao ceremony.

  • Absolutely! No experience is needed. Just lie down, breathe, and let the sound guide you.

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can breathe and relax in. The venue can get cool in winter, so we recommend dressing in layers.

  • Just yourself and an open heart. You might want to bring a journal and pen for any reflections that arise, a blanket or layers for extra warmth and comfort during the floor-based practices, and a small pillow or eye mask if you'd like to deepen your rest.

  • Everyone's experience is unique. Some people feel a deep sense of calm and release, others experience emotional shifts, tingling sensations, or vivid inner imagery. Afterwards, many feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded. Whatever arises is welcome.
